Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and societal shifts to map 2026 strategic scenarios
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks that translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof solutions and disruptive business models
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate strategic initiatives aligned with future market demands
- Author thought leadership content and present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to track innovation impact and future-readiness across organizational units
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor ecosystems to identify strategic opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, Tableau, or equivalent) and qualitative research
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation management preferred
