Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and maintain a dynamic strategic innovation framework aligned with long-term company vision
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and future-state roadmapping
- Champion experimental initiatives in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future insights into compelling narratives for stakeholders
- Oversee the Innovation Pipeline from ideation to prototype validation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record developing and executing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE, weak signal detection)
- Exceptional facilitation skills for executive-level scenario planning sessions
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, white papers)
- MBA or advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience with emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation commercialization
