Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying high-impact opportunities across emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing disruptive product prototypes and go-to-market strategies
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and socioeconomic factors to inform strategic decisions
- Establish KPI frameworks for innovation initiatives, tracking ROI and market adoption metrics
- Develop scenario-planning models for future market disruptions and competitive threats
- Partner with R&D and engineering teams to translate visionary concepts into viable solutions
- Present strategic insights to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products or services with measurable impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: generative AI, Web3, climate tech, and human augmentation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Strategic Management, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains (white papers, journals, books)
