Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in incubating and scaling moonshot projects from ideation to market launch
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to the board of directors
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, thought leadership, and talent development programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or C-level leadership with proven impact
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Track record of launching breakthrough products or business models in high-growth sectors
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and corporate venturing
