Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption
- Analyze exponential trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and commercialization pathways
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives
- Author forward-looking white papers and thought leadership content
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring 5-10 year strategic impact
- Present foresight findings to investors and industry boards
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent accreditation preferred
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling skills
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio of published foresight work
