Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) and map their impact on 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead executive workshops to translate foresight into actionable business roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging ethical and societal implications
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track innovation maturity metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning or trend analysis at Fortune 500 level
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Published work on technological singularity or societal transformation
- Proficiency with AI trend forecasting tools (e.g., Palantir, Trend Hunter)
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive technology adoption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
