Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business operations and workforce transformation
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for board-level decision-making
- Champion innovation culture by mentoring cross-functional teams in adaptive methodologies
- Build and maintain relationships with futurist research centers and thought leadership networks
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable product roadmaps and investment strategies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives across diverse industries
- Strong command of quantitative/qualitative research methodologies and data visualization
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or relevant professional designation
