Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for clients in tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead scenario planning workshops addressing disruptive risks (e.g., AGI regulation, climate tipping points)
- Produce trend intelligence reports on metaverse economics, decentralized governance, and neuro-interfaces
- Design innovation pipelines for post-quantum cryptography and climate adaptation technologies
- Adv executive teams on ethical AI deployment and human-AI collaboration paradigms
- Monitor geopolitical shifts affecting supply chains and workforce automation by 2026
- Curate thought leadership summits with MIT, Stanford, and World Economic Forum partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 8+ years applied foresight experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend forecasts with 85%+ accuracy (2018-2023 validation)
- Expertise in STEEP-VR analysis and Delphi methodology for complex systems modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI safety)
- Proven ability to translate foresight into KPI-driven business strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or advanced degree from Singularity University
- Experience advising boards on climate resilience and circular economy transitions
