- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Deliver executive-level strategic briefings and trend reports to board members and department heads
- Establish future-readiness metrics and KPIs to track organizational preparedness for emerging paradigms
- Curate partnerships with research institutions, startups, and think tanks driving 2026 innovation horizons
- Mentor strategic planning teams in future-proofing methodologies and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of anticipating market shifts (demonstrated via published forecasts or patents)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or climate adaptation
- Mastery of horizon scanning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis) and trend synthesis tools
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
