Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps by analyzing emerging technologies, market disruptions, and demographic shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize futurist insights into actionable business initiatives
- Partner with C-suite executives to align long-term vision with quarterly execution plans
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and human augmentation
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future scenarios
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio of published future-oriented research or strategic frameworks
