Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for product development
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams and external partners
- Translate future trends into actionable business strategies and innovation pipelines
- Present foresight insights to investors, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Produce thought leadership content (reports, whitepapers, keynotes)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or foresight roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of predicting and capitalizing on emerging trends
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published author or keynote speaker in futurism/innovation spaces
