Qualifications

- Advanced certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP, CET)
- Strong background in human-centered design and behavioral economics
- Expertise in AI/ML applications for talent prediction and personalization
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work topics (articles, whitepapers)
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Organizational Psychology, or related field
