Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to build 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce forward-looking intelligence reports and executive briefings
- Identify exponential growth opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for tracking strategic evolution and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and disruptive innovation models
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi techniques
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends
