Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map global technological, social, and economic trends impacting 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities
- Author predictive whitepapers and trend briefs for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing into development lifecycles
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging disruption vectors
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and technology summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting industry shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
