Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and decentralized systems
- Develop scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in high-growth industries
- Deliver executive briefings on future-proofing business models and operational resilience
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with C-suite leadership teams
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on emerging market disruptions
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing trend-based strategies for enterprise clients
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning methodologies, and emerging technology assessment
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of at least two future-critical domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
