Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and market signals to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop actionable strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive teams to stress-test business strategies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for stakeholder decision-making
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) for commercial viability
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations at executive summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic consulting, innovation management, or corporate foresight
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data storytelling aptitude
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ high-impact foresight projects
