Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (quantum, AGI, biotech) to build 2026 strategic roadmaps
- Develop scenario-planning models for climate adaptation and resource scarcity challenges
- Lead cross-functional workshops on neuro-ergonomics and human-machine collaboration
- Author thought leadership on decentralized governance and metaverse economics
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into current development cycles
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting 2026 digital transformation
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and algorithmic decision-making
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or emerging technology consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into actionable business strategies
