Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic vision frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce quarterly foresight reports highlighting disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term strategy
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic initiatives' impact on market positioning
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior analysts in futures research methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional command of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Experience leading high-impact strategic initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies (e.g., from AC/FF or WFS)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight implementations
