Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead 'Future Shock' workshops with C-suite executives to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen human-AI symbiotic systems
- Publish quarterly 'Horizon Scan' reports on geopolitical, technological, and ethical disruptions
- Drive ESG 2.0 initiatives aligning business growth with planetary boundaries
- Mentor Innovation Fellows in futures literacy and strategic foresight methodologies
- Secure $5M+ in forward-looking government partnerships for sustainable tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of implementing long-term strategies with measurable ROI
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance
- Published author in futures studies or peer-reviewed foresight methodologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Kumu, Futurist Toolkit)
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite and board-level decision-making
- Portfolio showcasing at least 3 implemented future-shaping initiatives
