Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging disruptive technologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with engineering, product, and design teams
- Translate complex technological concepts into executive-level strategic recommendations
- Build predictive models for market disruption scenarios and competitive positioning
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor a team of future-focused analysts and researchers
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or strategic innovation
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience working with C-suite executives in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
