Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate resilience)
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term company vision and market opportunities
- Present foresight insights to executive teams and boards with compelling data narratives
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team across global innovation hubs
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product and business strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-forward business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, climate tech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or relevant technical field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-growth environments
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prediction of major market shifts
