- Produce annual 'Future Shock' trend reports predicting market disruptions
- Design human-centered innovation protocols for emerging tech adoption
- Manage a portfolio of 15+ strategic partnerships with research institutions
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and signal detection methodologies
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech implications (e.g., Nature, HBR)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi method, and weak signal analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, nanotech)
- Proven track record of implementing future-proof strategies in enterprise environments
- Professional certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex future scenarios
