Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership on disruptive technologies
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing products and services
- Author annual 'Future State' reports influencing $50M+ investment portfolios
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business roadmaps
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, product innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives at scale
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Strong background in systems thinking and scenario planning
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience with C-suite stakeholder management and influence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant field
