Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy 2026 strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and sustainability sectors
- Produce horizon-scanning reports on emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces)
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on geopolitical and technological disruption risks
- Design innovation pipelines integrating foresight with product development roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations at global conferences and publish industry white papers
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists in advanced trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in scenario planning (e.g., Shell Methodology) or futures studies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery (Tableau/Power BI)
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan Review
