Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-10 year technology foresight strategies aligned with market trends
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, space tech)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Oversee innovation pipeline from ideation to market validation
- Anticipate disruption risks and develop mitigation frameworks
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and industry speaking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Experience building strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
