Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for technology adoption across global operations
- Lead scenario planning workshops for market disruption and competitive positioning
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Present visionary insights to investors and board members quarterly
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with leading research institutions
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy publications
