- Present strategic foresight reports and innovation proposals to stakeholders
- Manage R&D partnerships with leading academic institutions and startups
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for long-term technology planning
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing technologies and methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech roles with proven 2026+ planning experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, IoT
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven strategic decision-making
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience managing cross-functional R&D teams in high-growth environments
