Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption roadmaps
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer breakthrough technologies
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology deployment
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-thinking across organizational DNA
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and technology roadmaps
