Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) and assess their business impact through 2026
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members with compelling narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on technology trends
- Drive innovation culture by mentoring teams on foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech or business journals
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or similar (e.g., CFM) preferred
