Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or Silicon Valley scale
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Track record of scaling tech initiatives to 10M+ users
- Deep expertise in blockchain, AR/VR, and neuromorphic computing
- Experience with UN SDG-aligned tech frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
