- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with market disruption potential
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough innovations in sustainability and human augmentation
- Present visionary technology blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget for experimental projects
- Mentor next-generation technologists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and AI ethics
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/Go preferred)
- Experience with innovation frameworks like TRIZ and Scenario Planning
