Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with the C-Suite to create a comprehensive technology and product roadmap that aligns with our business goals and market opportunities.
- Drive Innovation & R&D: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) and oversee pilot programs to validate their integration.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of strategists, engineers, and designers to execute the vision effectively.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into industry trends to anticipate market shifts and competitive threats.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for long-term initiatives.
- Operational Excellence: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of the 2026 strategy and iterate based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or a senior engineering leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term product strategies and executing them successfully.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including cloud architecture, machine learning, and cybersecurity.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
