Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive, data-driven product strategy that outlines our goals, milestones, and technological investments for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Lead the research and adoption of emerging technologies to enhance our core product offerings and customer experience.
- Strategic Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing team of product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure cohesive execution of the roadmap.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of industry trends, competitor moves, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for disruption.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex product strategies to stakeholders, investors, and partners to secure buy-in and resources.
- Performance Optimization: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or technology leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to develop and execute long-term product roadmaps with a focus on future trends and scalability.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of modern software development lifecycles, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML technologies.
- Leadership: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams to success.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to pivot strategies in response to market changes and emerging technologies.
