Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's long-term strategic vision for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead research and analysis on emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prototype and validate high-impact innovation projects.
- Identify market gaps and opportunities for disruption within the tech ecosystem.
- Present strategic roadmaps and innovation proposals to the executive board and stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
