Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the 2026 Strategic Vision for AI integration across all business units.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge algorithms and emerging technologies.
- Identify and assess high-potential tech trends, including AGI and biotechnology interfaces.
- Build and mentor a world-class team of data scientists and AI researchers.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure funding and resources for long-term R&D projects.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Emerging Technology with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of defining and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing large-scale budgets and cross-functional teams.
