Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with the company's long-term goals, specifically focusing on the 2026 roadmap.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation and prototyping to deployment and scaling.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in from executive leadership.
- Performance Analysis: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of AI initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Partnerships: Identify and evaluate external partnerships, research institutions, and technology vendors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML strategy and operations.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and generative AI technologies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
