Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Design: Craft and oversee the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Plan, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, GenAI) to identify high-impact opportunities for 2026.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Operations to ensure the successful execution of 2026 initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex strategic visions to the C-suite and board members, securing buy-in for futuristic investments.
- Innovation Incubation: Prototype and validate concepts for the 2026 technology stack before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in Technology Strategy, AI, or Digital Transformation leadership roles.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps for major tech organizations.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and future computing paradigms.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
