Nexus Innovations is seeking a Head of Future Tech Strategy to bridge the gap between emerging technologies and scalable business solutions. You will be responsible for identifying breakthrough technologiesāsuch as Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, and Spatial Computingāand integrating them into our product ecosystem.
In this role, you won't just be managing a budget; you will be crafting the technological DNA of the company. You will lead cross-functional teams, conduct deep-dive R&D, and ensure that our roadmap remains ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and articulate a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals and industry trends.
- Evaluate Emerging Tech: Conduct rigorous research and pilot programs for cutting-edge technologies to assess feasibility and impact.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead a diverse team of futurists, engineers, and strategists to execute the technology vision.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to the C-Suite and board of directors in a compelling, non-technical manner.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage an internal innovation lab dedicated to prototyping solutions for the next decade.
Qualifications
- Strategic Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and future-forward computing paradigms.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering and product teams.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Masterās degree preferred.
