Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Autonomous Systems) to drive competitive advantage.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a high-performance R&D team, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and rapid prototyping.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical visions into clear, actionable insights for C-suite executives and external investors.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with key technology vendors, academic institutions, and industry thought leaders.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize budget and resources to maximize the impact of our innovation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning or R&D capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure, and future tech trends.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and pivot strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technology transformations.
