- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to translate long-term tech visions into actionable business strategies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into future market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory shifts leading up to 2026.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technological concepts and future strategies to executive stakeholders and board members clearly and compellingly.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Strategic Technology, Future Planning, or a related high-level technical role.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term (5+ year) technology roadmaps and managing digital transformation initiatives.
- Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of Generative AI, Web3, and future computing paradigms relevant to the 2026 horizon.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences and drive consensus across diverse teams.
