Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and communicate the long-term technology vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development projects focused on advanced AI, machine learning, and quantum computing applications.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, startups, and academic collaborations to fuel innovation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performance team of technical experts, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Feasibility Analysis: Assess the technical and financial feasibility of emerging technologies before committing resources to large-scale implementation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and engineering to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or technology strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in machine learning, neural networks, and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into strategic technology roadmaps.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
