- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Immersive Web) with high potential for 2026 impact.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to secure budget and resources for experimental projects.
- Establish a Futurist Innovation Lab to prototype and test concepts 2-3 years ahead of market adoption.
- Advocate for ethical standards and sustainable tech practices in our growth strategy.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of leading teams through large-scale digital transformation or strategic pivots.
- Deep understanding of the AI landscape and its trajectory towards 2026.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast market shifts and competitor movements.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets.
