Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive technology vision that aligns with business goals, focusing on AI integration, quantum readiness, and edge computing.
- Strategic Innovation: Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on our product suite, driving investment in high-reward R&D initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Architecture Governance: Establish best practices for scalable, secure, and future-proof system architectures across all development teams.
- Talent & Culture: Recruit top-tier talent and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the strategy division.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitive landscapes to anticipate shifts in the market and adapt our strategy proactively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or senior engineering leadership roles.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), AI/ML trends, and decentralized systems.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to think long-term (5-10 years) and translate abstract concepts into tangible roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in dynamic environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
