Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the technical roadmap for the 'Horizon 2026' initiative, aligning technology strategies with business objectives.
- Architectural Leadership: Design robust, scalable system architectures that support rapid scaling and integration of emerging tech stacks.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Research, evaluate, and prototype technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to prepare our infrastructure for 2026.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for long-term projects.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic or leadership role.
