Responsibilities
- Lead End-to-End Projects: Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution and closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external clients to ensure clear communication and expectations are managed effectively.
- Agile & Scrum Leadership: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and ceremonies to drive team productivity and continuous improvement.
- Risk & Resource Management: Proactively identify potential risks and bottlenecks, developing mitigation strategies and allocating resources efficiently to keep projects on track.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables for quality and compliance, ensuring all deliverables meet Apex's high standards before release.
- Budget & Timeline Control: Oversee project budgets and schedules, providing accurate reporting and updates to leadership to ensure financial and temporal constraints are respected.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional Project Management experience, preferably in the tech or software industry.
- Certification: PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Methodology: Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and make data-driven decisions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
