Responsibilities
- Operational Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies that align with the company’s long-term business goals.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing workflows and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in corporate operations, business analysis, or project management.
- Certifications: PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, or similar professional certification is highly desired.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), CRM software, and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Washington, DC.
