Responsibilities
- Lead Project Lifecycle: Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources efficiently to maximize team productivity and minimize bottlenecks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, executives, and team members to manage expectations and report progress.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential project risks early and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them before they impact the schedule.
- Agile & Scrum Leadership: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.
- Budget Administration: Track project budgets, manage financial expenditures, and ensure cost-efficiency throughout the project.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience in a technical or professional services environment.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Methodology: Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: Proficiency in Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar project management software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and root cause analysis.
