Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-era solutions (quantum computing integration, biotech-AI convergence)
- Architect scalable innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Manage R&D budgets exceeding $2M for experimental projects
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on proprietary research initiatives
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026 technology stacks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record launching 5+ disruptive products generating $50M+ revenue
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance, or climate tech
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field (preferred)
- Deep network with Silicon Valley VCs and academic institutions
- Fluency in innovation frameworks (TRIZ, Stage-Gate, Lean Startup)
- Experience with global regulatory landscapes for frontier technologies
