- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven decision-making
- Champion agile methodologies in experimental technology environments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech (AI, blockchain, biotech, or quantum computing)
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budgeting
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology journals
- Fluency in innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, TRIZ)
