Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation strategy aligning with company vision and market projections
- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in ideating, prototyping, and launching breakthrough products
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track innovation ROI and portfolio performance
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present innovation roadmaps and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management, product development, or strategic foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching successful products with market impact
- Expertise in emerging technology trends and their commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
